This getaway is walking distance to several great restaurants and cafes.... & only a short stroll from the Beach. Outlet by driveway for electric vehicles. The house is about 14 minutes drive or a 28 minute bike ride to the historic downtown landmarks. 5 minute drive/20 minute bike to Amphitheater. The house is located on a quite street about 2 blocks away from all the action. We rent bikes for less, typically for 1/2 the price of rental shops.
