This is not a duplex it is free-standing single-family residence. Each bedroom & deck have direct access to viewing the quiet white beach sands & perfect to enjoy the sunsets. With the exception of the property adjacent you are Gulf Front (not gulf front). Beautiful hardwood floors adorn the entire home & the ground level has a large wood deck (entire length of the house) which is perfect for outside grilling & picnics. The home has six (5) televisions DVD players, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, as well as other numerous amenities, including high speed Internet access to make your stay one to remember.
