This house has newer kitchen with newer stainless-steel appliances. Open living room to kitchen floor plan with lots of natural light. Gleaming hardwood floors in the bedrooms, with newer floors throughout. Good size driveway with off street parking option. Fenced in yard, great for kids to play in with deck off of kitchen for alfresco dining on patio furniture.

During your stay you will have complementary access to high speed internet with WiFi connectivity. Samsung 49 inches TV with access to multiple programs that are offered by xfinity through streaming. Netflix is complementary, Also a WiFi speaker for your enjoyment. Pls note that the blue ikea couch will be replaced with black leather ikea couch that opens up the same way. The blue outdoor furniture will be replaced with an outdoor dining table.
Towels and bed linens are provided for up to four guests. NO SMOKING anywhere on the property and NO PETS are allowed at this time.

1-A small section of the backyard will be fenced off to store a boat.
2- Blink Cameras & door bell on the outside of the house to check for arrivals and departures for lawn and housekeeping services. Cameras are NOT monitored. (Front, back, and side yards)

(b) my/our participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death, or other ailments that could cause serious disability
(c) the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, the forces of nature or other causes. Risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes including, but not limited to, decision making, misjudging terrain, weather, trail or water route location, and water level, risks of falling out of or drowning while in a canoe or kayak and such other risks, hazards and dangers that are integral to recreational activities and/or use of equipment, I/WE hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners, or by any other person. I/WE further agree to abide by a policy of no alcohol while on recreational equipment (bikes and/or kayaks) and to wear a life jacket at all times. I/WE, on behalf of myself/others under my reservation, my/our personal representatives and my/our heirs hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify the owners from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of bikes and/or kayaks, and other equipment. I/WE specifically understand that I/WE am/are releasing, discharging and waiving any claims or actions that I/WE may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, The above agreement shall be binding on my heirs, successors, assigns, administrators and executors.
