The first bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed with an additional pull-out bed. The second bedroom is equipped with a large double bed which can be separated into 2 single beds as needed. The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase. Upstairs, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining room opening onto the terrace via a bay window with pocket, a large living room with fireplace, sofa, television and fiber wifi internet access. The living room also opens onto a 30m2 terrace from which there is an exceptional view of the mountain and the Gulf of Valinco. You can see the tip of Sardinia, and kites hovering just above your eyes. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture with corner sofa and armchairs, and a dining area with table and chairs, as well as an electric barbecue. On this floor there is a 3rd double bedroom with a large double bed which can be separated into 2 single beds, a private shower room and toilet. This room is accessed from the outside. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the side of the house is an above-ground swimming pool 5 m long by 3 m wide, surrounded by a screened swimming pool area and secured by a lockable gate.
