Wall A/C units in the living room and master bedroom. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, and exit to the patio—conventional stairs to the second floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms (1 queen, twin bunk bed, and another twin bed) and a full bath. Wake up to the pristine view of the golf course and birds singing, and enjoy breakfast or BBQ on your private patio while your children play freely and safely. The shed stores all you may need to enjoy the patio and the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and more. Entertainment equipment: Roku for streaming of your choice, Smart 70' new TV, home theater, DVD Blu-ray, HIFI stereo system, Wireless Internet.
