The house sits in a friendly neighborhood with ample free parking and a garage, as well as a big fenced backyard. The backyard also has a somewhat “jungle” feel towards the back, great for dogs to play and run around as well as some added privacy. Basement has pool table, dart board, and projector screen. The upstairs living room just got rearranged with the afdition of new couches installed. There is also a radon mitigation system for the basement and the fan is outside of the office room.
