Located a short drive to most of the area attractions including Kalahari, Camelback, Pocono Raceway, The Crossings Shopping Outlet, Mt Airy Casino, and Great Wolf Lodge.
Large, comfy sofa in front of the pellet stove fireplace with a view of the lake and a 55" flat-screen TV with Hulu and several other streaming channels. Open layout with the kitchen and dining room, the dining table is extendable and can easily accommodate a large group. The kitchen has all the essentials you may need. Newly renovated bathroom with washer & dryer.
The first bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress topper. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a full trundle bed. Both bedrooms have a window AC during July & August. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a very comfortable queen bed and a queen Aerobed is also available for guests. A 24" TV on a rolling cart can be placed in either bedroom and has a Roku stick. Can also be used as a second computer monitor with a HDMI connection.
Outdoor spaces include a large deck with a propane grill (propane is provided) and dining area, a dock with a full view of the lake with a seating area, and a large umbrella with LED lighting so you can enjoy it day or night. The property comes with a choice of 2 boats: a 5-person inflatable boat or a 14' aluminum rowboat and with life vests so you can get out on the lake. A fire pit with a bench and adirondack chairs is perfect for making s'mores to end the day.
The house is located in a gated community that offers 4 pools, kayaks, and canoes for use on the lake, mini-golf, sports courts, and various other amenities.
