Positive: The house met all of our expectations. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. My wife loved the location how quiet it was far away from any road noise. The backyard and porch entertainment areas were great. The game room was very well equipped with board games, pool table and reclining chairs to watch the huge screen projection TV The sleeping spaces were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. There are little details that are very thoughtful compared to other rental homes. For example, there were plenty of paper towels, sponges, soaps. Amy was very approachable and responded to all our texts very promptly.

Negative: I would like to suggest moving the reclining seats in the projection room closer (about 2 ft) to the viewing wall and then moving the pool table in the same direction about a foot. This will make it easier to play pool without having to open glass garage door. Another suggestion is to reinstall the mantelpiece above the fireplace such that it is perpendicular to the wall. We were afraid the decorations could fall off due to the inclination. In the instructions add how to lock the front door by pulling on the handle and pressing the YALE button.
