Townhome is located about 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Speedway and Aliante Casino. Three upstairs bedrooms. One King and two Queen beds are hotel quality with luxury linens. Master bedroom has a King bed, en suite bath with tub/shower & private toilet. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds share a bath with shower/tub. Downstairs living area has 1/2 bath, 42" TV with complimentary Hulu & HD antenna with public channels (NO cable) , newly remodleled fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave & dishwasher. Separate dining area opens to a a beautifully landscaped private garden with additional eating area. Full laundry facilities in unit. Community pool and hot tub, open April through September, family park with playground. Complimentary wifi.
