1 Bedroom, 2 Beds, 1 Bath guest quarters on 4 acres of land with pond. Doors separate the bedroom, living, and bathroom area within the same guest unit. The unit is attached to the main house; there is no access from the main house for your privacy. Located between I-35, I-20 and Highway 67, it takes less than 30 minutes to access local and surrounding area attractions.
Per City Ordinance, we can only accommodate 2 adult guest and a maximum of 2 minor children.

The space
You will be provided with towels, fresh linens, a coffee maker, a small electric stove, pans, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, wine glasses, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a relaxing view. The sofa in the living room is a pull out queen-size sofa bed. That is considered bed #2. The comforter for bed#2 is in the living room closet. Plenty of storage and closet space for your bags.
In addition to our main heat and air unit, we have a ceiling fan, mini-fan, and window unit as well as a space heater available for your convenience.
We have sensitive pipes; NO toilet paper or other flushable items can be flushed down the toilet.
You are welcome to hop onto the rowing boat and enjoy the view. Please be careful if bringing small children, the pond is not gated. Texas droughts can affect water levels, making it difficult to row. Feel free to ask if the water level is sufficient for rowing.
Our house is surrounded by nature, you will see squirrels, birds (blue jays, cardinals, crows, songbirds to name a few), and visiting ducks on the right time of the year (approx. March).
Nature means that our views change. In the Fall, expect to see colorful leaves on our yard, we have at LEAST 50 trees on our property. In the Summer, bring mosquito repellant. In the winter, the grass won't be as vivid. It's a beautiful view year-round, however, it changes based on (Texas) seasons. :)

Park at the edge of the drive-through driveway, please don't obstruct in and out.
Other things to note
We have a dog, pet ducks, and chickens on the property, very friendly.
We have children that you may hear from time to time, they love to greet people.
A sound machine provided for your convenience.
No additional guest without prior approval. For security, we would like to know if there will be other people coming into the property.
