A private and romantic respite - country feel; situated behind Museum Hill and historic district of Santa Fe. Well designed open floorplan with designated spaces for kitchen, living room, sleeping, work space, spacious bathroom, and open closet. Incredible sunset views of Jemez mountains from our 30' covered portale and private outdoor living. Many of our guests work while on the property - farmhouse has two work stations - desk and the dining area; XL walk-in shower; high speed Xfinity; PERFECT for 1 to 2 people. :-)

This is a free standing private farmhouse - solely for use by our guests. The property is 2 acres and you can hike right out of your door. There is a shared laundry room approx 20' away with washer/dryer. We provide natural detergent for our guests. Iron/ironing board and steamer all available.

NM FARMHOUSE is on a Historic homesteadl ocated in the coveted eastside behind Museum Hill. 8 minutes to Downtown, 3 minutes to Canyon Rd. Property dates back to the Spanish Land Grants of 1745. Private road /dead end; 2 acres parcel; stand alone. Heaven on earth.

Adult property/no pets. **Book 31 nights for monthly discount AND ALSO save 15.44% Lodgers tax.

Having a car is best of course to tour surrounding area! City Shuttle available within 10 minute walk at Museum Hill.

HOUSE GUIDELINES:

*Really appreciate following these – for the care and lasting beauty for all to enjoy!

*NON SMOKING PROPERTY – inside or out!

*No shoes in house please! NM is dirt and stone intensive and an issue
if shoes aren’t taken off in the landing outside the farmhouse.

*Monitor electricity and lights – not leaving lights on when you leave or at night. This is a very safe area and there is a motion light in the front for when you pull up at night. The temperature is perfect now and no need for any a/c – so we ask that you use natural air (screen doors).

*We ask that you are respectful for the interior furnishings and supplies. Everything is inventoried and will be checked for condition and making sure
all is in tact. You will be billed should something be broken or missing.

*Have the courtesy to leave the place in order in which you found it and Please discard any perishable before you vacate.

*Keep doors locked at night and when you leave.
Insure screen doors and sliding back doors are in the lock position.
DO NOT LEAVE DOORS OPEN FOR ANY REASON. We have a lot of
Wildlife, critters and moths – and to preserve textiles etc.

*Noise and light – the beauty of this compound is that it is country living
right in the main historic area. We ask that all guests are quiet and
controls night light.
