The kitchen is to the rear of the house, while a living and dining space is to the front, located just inside the enclosed porch facing Lake Avenue. One bedroom and one bathroom are also on the first floor, with the remaining bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second level. Enjoy the outdoor space with a gas grill, picnic table, and outdoor shower.
LOCATION: Steps from the beach and boardwalk on Lake Ave. There is a community playground across the street, views of Lake Gerar, and great ocean views from the rooftop deck.
PARKING: Private driveway for approx. three vehicles.
