Offering you the best of both worlds: the comfort and service of a fine hotel combined with the independence and easy living of a condo. In our suite, the living room has a full-sized sofa bed and an entertainment center with 35' color TV, VCR, and AM/FM radio. The luxury bath includes an oversized jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and his and hers vanities. And the kitchen is designed for convenience and function with a microwave, stove/oven combination and refrigerator. The resort features stunning views of the waterway, all day dining options, and a warm and friendly staff to make you feel at home. And the pool with a hot tub and swim-up bar is something your whole family is sure to enjoy.
Mandatory Utility surcharge is 45.00 to 85.00 U.S. dollars. Cash or Credit is accepted. Resort fees are $45 for one bedroom, $65 for two bedroom and $85 for a three bedroom.

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
