•Maximum Occupancy: 6;
•Parking: 2 cars allowed. One in the garage and one in front of the garage. Several Guest Parking Spaces are available in the complex, couple units up and down from our place, on a first come first serve basis. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
•Town of Truckee: 006124;
•No pets (Family Allergies);
•Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM per Town of Truckee regulations;
•Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation;
•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.

Please note that construction is currently underway at the roundabout at Deerfield Drive and Dolomite Way. During weekday work hours, the usual entrance may occasionally be blocked or temporarily inaccessible. Guests should plan to access the complex via Boulders Road during these times.
