The Space:
This fantastic duplex is right on the 8th green of The Club at Crested Butte, a Robert Trent Jones designed course. The club is semi-private so you can just pay the greens fees and play to your hearts desire! This home is a duplex but lives very much like a stand alone home. This side of the house is south facing so you can enjoy the ample Colorado sun as you sit on the deck and enjoy the magnificent views of Mt. Crested Butte.
On the main level of the house or street level, you have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen beds and the bathroom is right in between the bedrooms. It is accessed from the hallway for more privacy. There is also a garage on this level. You then walk up to the 2nd level of the house where you will find a beautiful living, dining, and kitchen area.
The living area has 2 couches offering ample room for everyone to spread out and a television with satellite tv. A gas stove provides auxiliary heat for chilly mornings or evenings. The kitchen is big and designed with a cook in mind. It is very well stocked with cooking items, i.e. pots/pans, cooking utensils, platters, baking dishes, etc. You will also find a laundry room with stackable washer and dryer as well as a powder bathroom. There are lots of games for all to enjoy as well.
The top floor of the house is the primary suite w/a king bed. There is shower as well as a double vanity. From the master bedroom is a balcony that allows you to enjoy the cool summer breezes. Also, in a loft space just outside the master bedroom is a full size futon. The small loft overlooks the living area. The master bath was renovated in 2019.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
This home is located just 3 miles from the town of Crested Butte and 6 miles to the town of Mt. Crested Butte; the home of our infamous steeps at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. There is incredible mountain biking right out the door as well as a recreation path that will take you all the way into the town of Crested Butte without having to get in your car. This is an incredible home to stage your next adventure from!
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. We are not able to allow more than one dog at this property.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking.
No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.
Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.
Guest Access:
Check-in instructions to include lockbox codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival from Alpine Property Management. When you sign our rental policy upon booking you will be asked to confirm whether you would like this information sent by email or by text or both. We would suggest that you check both options.
The Neighborhood:
The Club at Crested Butte is a semi-private club but you can golf there in the afternoon as a member of the public. Please note, you do not have access to Grant Lake or any amenities in the Skyland residential neighborhood such as playgrounds. Owner presence and a permit is required to enjoy these areas. And they are patrolled.

The town of Crested Butte is about a mile and a half away.
