Transformed from a former boathouse, the Lighthouse is part of a two-home compound that has been featured in Architectural Digest. The Lighthouse features a Great Room on the top floor with open Living and Dining Areas, dramatic vaulted ceilings, and designer touches throughout. The Living Area has a fieldstone fireplace with two sofas, chairs, and French doors that open out to the mahogany deck, with teak seating and dining harborside.
Inside dining can be enjoyed casually at the breakfast bar/prep island, or more formally in the Dining Area nook. The Chef's Kitchen is fully equipped with commercial Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, and stone countertops. The Primary Bedroom Suite is also on the top floor and features four-poster bed, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closet, and full bath with walk-in glass shower.
One of the two Suites on the first floor of The Lighthouse has harbor views, both have full baths with walk-in glass showers. Also on this level, the twin bedroom, and Media Room/Den with large screen TV, built-ins, day bed trundle, and sweeping harbor views.
