Let’s jump to the best part of this place: the location and the salt pool. Parents can be relaxing on the back porch while kids are playing in the pool with the other neighbors. I’m biased but we have one of the best pools in the area.

*1-2 bikes will be included (if requested) with the house because we believe Boulder is best by bike!

The space
Extremely accessible walking and biking opportunities.
*We offer 1-2 bikes and lock with your stay, because, trust me, you will want to be playing outside every minute of the day!
3 level-house:
-All bedrooms are on the top floor.
-Main floor: kitchen, living/dining, laundry, coffee bar, and half bathroom
- Basement: Sorry, storage area for owners only
In addition:
-We share walls on the east and west side but we rarely hear noises. We love our neighbors!
-TV only offers basic local channels but chromecast is available
-Recent updates: new doors and windows, new sheets, comforter, new toilets, solar tube lighting in hallway, outside motion sensor light, new flooring on main floor, removed popcorn ceiling, new paint job and renovated kitchen.
-Your phone will be your best resource for coffee shops, restaurants, hiking trails, Pearl Street, etc.
-Upon request, we could discuss the use of additional baby/toddler supplies (i.e. swinging chair, strider, toys, books, etc.).
-We would consider ourselves to be extremely environmental friendly (i.e. bikes are our main source of transportation, we produce more compost than trash, our energy comes from wind and solar, programmable thermostat (no AC), water efficient toilets, etc.). We encourage our guests to try some 'green' practices during the stay and we are happy to offer any ideas. Compost and recycling are below the sink and we have communal compost bins and recycling and trash dumpsters are outside.
