FEATURES: Main bedroom has a King bed and a twin day bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd bedroom has a full-size bunk bed with slide-out twin trundle. NO sleeper sofa. Three and a half bathrooms.
NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening windows upstairs and downstairs to create an updraft cools the house pretty quickly.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was roomy, clean and very conveniently located to free shuttle to Vaill. Perfect for my family of 5 with lots of room to spread out. Kitchens and bathrooms were updated and well stocked. We would definitely stay again!
