Renovated in 2019 by an architect in a spirit family home, this villa of 120m2 is quietly located in a dead end of a few houses. 500m from the shops of St. Lucia, 3 km from the wild beach of Pinarello and 5 km from the first hiking trails, it offers an ideal location for your holidays.
You will have a private pool of 3m50 by 7m (new May 2019) with small bathing area for children and a solarium area with sunbeds to enjoy the sun in the middle of a landscaped area of 200m2. The pool is equipped with an alarm system and an independent technical room (see map). You will see from the enclosed garden the Bavella needles. The outdoor terrace area is the entire length of the house on the garden side. A table sheltered from the sun for ten guests is installed.
Four bedrooms, three with air conditioning, three on the ground floor and one with three beds upstairs, equipped with three bathrooms, and a separate toilet, welcome you (9 beds). The rooms on the ground floor have French doors.
For conviviality, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with bar open to the dining room. This room has a high ceiling on the entire height of a floor and opens onto the sheltered terrace, the garden and pool. The living room, with its all-wood walls, is equipped with a television next to this room. It opens on the garden.
Several facilities will allow you to enjoy your stay in peace:
- an independent laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink
- a technical room for the pool
- an outdoor shower
- many cupboards
- two parking spaces adjoining the house.
Cleaning after the stay is included in the rental price.
