Southtown is a two-square-mile space just a few blocks below San Antonio’s touristy epicenter. This is a hip, up-and-coming area of downtown San Antonio. It's relatively quiet compared to central downtown areas and has a lot of unique, local restaurants/bars in the area.
You will have 1 parking space in the attached garage. There is also a public transit bus stop at the northwest corner of the property.
For your safety, we have exterior cameras at the property that monitors the entrance.
Our professional cleaning team follows a thorough disinfection process after each guest.
This apartment is legally licensed with the city of San Antonio to operate as a short-term rental. We also have an agreement with the complex that our guests are welcome to stay.
