Open kitchen/living room area to enjoy. Spacious, fully stocked kitchen and BBQ. Our home has a fenced private backyard, with a big heated salt water pool to add to your tropical day! We have 4 cruiser bikes, 2 scooters w/helmets, Beach toys, Beach chairs, umbrella's, beach wagon, cooler & more! The home is 0.25 mile from our beach with the entrance at the end of our street. We are located 2 miles from Port Canaveral, 1 mile from the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon's and the location makes day trips to Orlando attractions such as Disney world, Universal Studios, or Kennedy Space Center quick and easy. Local attractions include, miniature golf, great food and music and more. Pet friendly. Please confirm pet eligibility before booking. $100 pet fee - per pet.
